Yes – you’ll need a drill, wall fixings suitable for your surface (plaster, masonry, etc.), and a spirit level. Full installation instructions are provided with every order.
Yes – Slim, Small and Medium Pupdrobes are compatible with our Door Hanging Kit, which is sold separately.

All Pupdrobes are made to order. Please allow 2–3 weeks for dispatch, plus delivery time.
Yes – but delivery times and customs charges will vary depending on location.
We use tracked delivery services. You'll receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Standard Pupdrobes (non-customised) can be returned within 14 days. Custom, personalised, or “Copawdinated Collection” items are non-returnable unless faulty. See our Returns Policy for full details.
Contact us immediately at pawgeouspups@pupdrobe.com with photos. We’ll sort it out ASAP with a replacement or refund.

We offer several colour and size options. Further customisations or bespoke requests can be discussed by email.
Yes – every Pupdrobe includes a bone tag as standard, and additional tags can be purchased.
